I’d also like to add in here that some biography’s are completely, or partially, as they appear in Wikipedia. I have left all of their links intact in the Bio’s so there is no mistake where information came from. And as such I do not claim to be the originator of that material and claim no copyrights on that information, in fact no one claims copyrights on it, the information is contributed freely by the community. Put simply, it seemed counter productive to re-invent the wheel so to speak. Why write-up another bio that would turn out the same (or very similar) information as what’s already ‘freely’ available. I have spent many hundreds of man hours on this site, designing it, posting the information, writing up bio’s, song descriptions and Lyrics, and I continue to work on it full time, so yes I take shortcut’s if they seem sensible and within the confines of the law. After all, that’s the whole purpose of the internet in the first place, to make information available to all and to simplify some things in our lives.
As for images, all images used within the ‘About’ section of the Channels IE: The Bio’s, are inline text based pointers to the original location of the image, these images do not reside on McDiggles servers therefore are not subject to copyright law. If the originator of any copyrighted information on this site advises me that they don’t want it posted here then I will promptly take it down, research it, re-write it and post my own version. (I would much prefer to leave it intact and add a credit to the originator). I hope you enjoy the site.
